Congress Participation Acceptance Letter
An online ‘Acceptance Letter’ will be sent to ‘Oral, Short Oral and Poster’ presenters or listeners. A researcher can participate with no more than two abstracts as a corresponding author.
Registration and Information Desk
Registration and Information Desk will be available at Mirage Park Resort Hotel from 14:00 on Thursday, November 03, 2022. Participants who made the payment after 17:00 on Monday, October 25, 2022 must show their bank receipts during registration. Participants who will pay the participation fee at the congress desk on the Congress Day must pay cash.
A participation certificate will be given to all participants who register for the congress at the end of their presentation section.
The badge will be issued during registration. During the congress all badges must be kept in all scientific and social activities.
The stands will be installed next to the conference rooms. Coffee, tea and cake will be served at the stand areas. It is required to register to congress for entrance to the stand areas.
Poster abstracts and Poster Presentations will be evaluated by the Committee. First three of the top five most successful posters will be awarded with the 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize, and the others will be awarded with the “honorable mention” certificate. The awards will be presented at the closing ceremony.

1st place: first place Certificate
2nd place: Second place Certificate
3rd place: Third place Certificate
4th place: Fourth place “Certificate of Recognition”
5th place: Fourth place “Certificate of Recognition”
All posters will be evaluated by the “POSTER EVALUATION JURY” comprised of 5 juries and evaluated by the Award Committee.
Daily Visitors of Participants
Entries to the Congress Hotel are controlled by hotel security personnel. Participants need to take their guests from the exterior security gate. The hotel does not charge for visits not exceeding 30 minutes. However, the hotel charges separately a fee of 30 € for every visit exceeding 30 minutes between 09:00-20:00 and 20:00-24:00 hours for daily visitors and/or participants.
There will be no refund for the cancellations of registration, accommodation and transfer after 15 October 2022. Cancellations will be effective if the Congress Secretariat is notified in writing.
